Physical Therapy

We provide personalized physical therapy and rehabilitation treatment. Treatment sessions include manual therapy, progressive individualized programming, home exercise program education, and a holistic approach desiring to affect the mental, physical and spiritual well-being of our patients.

We offer programs for all ages to continue with your health and wellness in a variety of ways. We offer transitional supervised gym programs for you to continue your physical wellness after completing your physical therapy. You never have to leave the environment of the clinic you’re comfortable in and you get to continue seeing our familiar faces where we can encourage you daily!

Dry Needling

All of our licensed physical therapists are certified in Dry Needling through the American Institute of Spinal Manipulation. This technique is used to affect the central nervous system with the goal of reducing pain, deactivating trigger points and restoring function.

 

PREVENTION

Prevention is included in all of our rehab, training, recovery, and performance-based programs; however, we do offer specific prevention programs separately. Our prevention programs are designed to teach fundamental movements and build knowledge, strength, balance, and coordination. Our programs are research-based and are tailored to each individual’s level and need.

Recovery

Recovery is an essential component of optimal performance. Incorporating the recovery and rebuilding phase into your training is highly important for overall wellbeing and the prevention of further injury. We offer multiple recovery services including Normatec circulatory compression to enhance circulation and muscle recovery.

 

Performance

We provide personalized performance training for all levels including adolescent, collegiate and professional athletes. Our customized programming is personalized to you and your goals, growing your strengths while building your weaknesses.
